New Patient Treatment Coordinator

I am the New Patient Treatment Coordinator at Dr. Paciorek's office. I have been working in the Orthodontic field for 22 years and I love it. I am married with four children and the whole family has had orthodontic treatment! My favorite part of my job is meeting our new patients and teaching them all about braces and how orthodontics can improve not only your smile, but your life.

Chair Side Assistant

I was born and raised in Syracuse. I have been in the dental field for 9 years & with Dr. Paciorek for the last 5 years. I love being able to see so many people I grew up with in this area and their children as patients. It's so much fun to watch the children grow up in the office and then finally to see them finish with beautiful smiles. We have the best adult patients also! I am married to my husband Steve and I have three daughters, Erin, Kelsey & Haley along with my terrific dog Boeheim!

Certified Dental Assistant

I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and moved to Syracuse in 1996. I have been a certified dental assistant for 20 years. During that time I worked in the following areas of dentistry: general, pediatrics, and orthodontics. I have worked for Dr. Paciorek since 2001. Orthodontics is what truly makes me happy. I enjoy helping patients achieve a beautiful and healthy smile.  I enjoy exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Scheduling Coordinator

I joined Dr. Paciorek's team in September of 2008. I was interested in becoming a patient of his and was fortunate enough to join his excellent team as well. I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, & just living life to the fullest. I am originally from Iceland, but I have traveled the world and somehow ended up in Syracuse. My joy of being around people makes me great at what I do here at Dr. Paciorek's practice. I really enjoy welcoming the new patients and also the existing ones and just making the experience fun for everyone. I truly enjoy working in the field and being able to see the patients' glowing smiles is just fantastic!

Clinical Orthodontic Assistant

I am a clinical orthodontic assistant and I have been working for Dr. Paciorek since 2003. I am married to my husband, Alex and have an Akita named Jasmine. I love working in the orthodontic field. I think it is so rewarding to see the patients' smiling faces when their braces come off. It makes it all worth it!

Records & Lab

I have been a part of Dr. Paciorek's team since 2006 working in the Records Room and Lab.  My favorite part of my job is seeing the patients' new smiles when I take their braces off and also helping new patients to prepare for their experience in braces.  We have a lot of fun here!  My fiance, Will, is a 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Force and is training to be a pilot.  I enjoy traveling with him, freelance and wedding photography and staying active.

I first came to Dr. Paciorek's office as a patient in July of 2006 and was lucky to join his team that August.  I am responsible for our office technology.  We have upgraded our entire computer system and x-ray equipment and are now a paperless office.  It is very exciting keeping our office on the forefront of new technology! I was recently married and built a new house.  I love spending time with my wonderful husband Terry in our new home. I believe that a beautiful smile is one of our greatest assets and I am thrilled to work with Dr. Paciorek and our awesome team to help create beautiful new smiles for so many people!

Insurance Coordinator

I first met Dr. Paciorek when I chose him to be my oldest son's Orthodontist. While my oldest son was in treatment I was offered a position working for Dr. Paciorek, which I gladly accepted. I have now been here for the past 8 years. Previous to that I was employed by my general dentist at the time, for 2 years and I worked for 17 years in customer service and sales. My specialty is insurance. I get great satisfaction when I am able to retrieve a past due insurance payment for our patients or inform a parent that "yes, you do have an orthodontic benefit available."  During the past 8 years Dr. Paciorek has also treated
my second son and myself to a very beautiful and life long smile.

Chair Side Assistant

I have been a clinical assistant for Dr. Paciorek for 8 years. I have a wonderful family including my husband Marty and my three awesome boys, Hunter, Dillon & Gunnar. We live in Phoenix, NY and enjoy spending time together as a family. My favorite part of my job is getting to know new families and developing relationships with them. I feel like I am always adding to my pool of friends!

Financial Coordinator

I have been involved with Orthodontics for close to 30 years and with Dr. Paciorek for the last 14 years. It's been a privilege and a pleasure to have experienced working in all capacities that orthodontics has to offer. Currently I am the Financial Coordinator which is very gratifying knowing that families continue making beautiful smiles a priority.
