The thing I like best about my orthodontist is that everyone is very nice and it has a great service. The brushing area, TV’s and games is a great way to have the patient be not so nervous about going to the orthodontist and even getting braces. I remember when I was first told that I needed to get braces. I was scared and like most people, not too thrilled. After meeting with Dr. Paciorek and his amazingly kind staff, I felt so much more at ease. They even reward you with prizes for taking care of your braces… how easy is that? I actually looked forward to going to the orthodontist from then on. When I first received my braces at 14, my teeth were a mess, not to mention the lack of self-esteem, but now I have the confidence to do anything. I even decided to try some modeling. Lore was our third child to receive his braces from Dr. Paciorek. The ALWAYS pleasant and friendly staff made it a wonderful experience for all of us. Every appointment was a positive experience from walking in, checking in, entering contests (winning some!), sitting in the chair, and speaking with staff. We were always informed of what was taking place and what the future appointments would entail. Emergency visits to take care of broken wires, lost retainers (ugh!) or other concerns were addressed promptly. We always felt like the staff did whatever they could to make braces a positive experience. Even in the billing department! And the true celebration at the end of treatment is just icing on the cake.
